I have apps in my phone that i use on a daily basis to keep me organized, they are quite great and i will love to share with you.
I use planner pro everyday, its my own calendar. And i love it because you can divide what you need to write down into tasks, notes and events.

Also, you can change the events color depending on what you want the color to mean. I love how theres an option to see your whole week, to see what you have accomplished. I use the free app, you can pay for the premium one. Although, i think the free version has everything you need.

Next app i use is toggl, i love this app because it makes me value the time every task takes me. It’s easier to schedule when i know how much time my daily habits take me, and i know that just hy some clicks.

Also, i have the option to see what tasks I've done throughout the day and when did i do them. It helps me schedule new appointements and how much free i have.

The most important app is notion. I left it until here to get in depth onto what this app can gives you. I use it more to organize my life than my work. It has pages that you can fill depending on your daily habits.

There’s some pages already made for you like the reading and journal list and most of all theres a meal page already made. I use this app personally to write down my routine, my movies and series list, and every month i have a page for my intention and goals. I would highly recommend to check this video only talking about this app.

Finally, i would recommend your phone’s calendar for a start, it has events and you can’t change the colors, also google calendar is a good option to write directly your task then write them in your physical planner.
