self-development is an uncommon thing, but a very necessary one for our mental health. Limit some time every day to reach your goals and be the best version of yourself, now that's the true glow up. A mental glow up, feeling like you can beat the world, being confident, feeling pretty, loving yourself and your body for everything they have brought to you. I dare you to complete this challenge with me and wake up every day at 5:30 full of motivation to do any work, ready to be on top of the world, ready to surprise your friends with how much you changed for the best. If your country is in quarantine, this is your chance to improve and come back as a whole new better you.

I choose 10 habits, feel free to change them according to your schedule, goals, and time span. I made a little chart to track every habit I successfully did every day.

1. Wake up every day at 5:30 2. Manifest for half an hour 3. Meditate for 20min

4. Read for 20 min 5. Work on my dreams for 30 min 6. Limit social media for 1hr a day 7.stay active every day 8. Learn something new every day 9. Drink 2 liters a day 10. Sleep early
