After a lot of struggles finding who i trully am, My true self finally emerged, and I was finally the main character.
I was finally me, comfortable in my own skin and proud of it. here's how:

1-listen to uplifting songs:
Get those sad music out of the way, and listen to some hits that make you feel like you are in a movie.
here are some of my fav songs:
No other like you - Kate Bollinger
loving is easy - Rex Orange County banana pancakes - Jack Johnson cliché - mxmtoon the idea of you - mxmtoon Best friend - Rex Orange County remember when - wallows Sam and Sounds - Cloud 9 Tongue tied - grouplove lights up - Harry styles
2- take a week off for yourself
Give yourself a break, you need it ,a week off to recharge your batteries.
here's somethings to do:
monday: go on a walk, have a bath.
tuesday: face mask, read a book.
Wednesday: workout, go to bed earlier.
thursday : light a candle, dance to your favorite songs.
friday: steam your face, tidy your room.
saturday: bake a cake, watch the sunrise.
sunday: meditate, write about you are grateful for.
3- feel more grateful:
you have to feel grateful for everything you have, stop complaining every time a bad thing happened, and the universe will give more things to be grateful for; meanwhile live as happy as you can.
ways to be more grateful:
appreciate everything, practice mindfullness,
keep a gratitude journal, spend time with loved ones, improve your happiness.
4- be comfortable in your skin:
be confident in who you are, you are the one in control, life is too short to spend it in a war with yourself, so just do whatever you want, be whoever you want because YOU are the main character.
repeat these affirmations daily to help:
I have the power to do the most incredible things.
I'm confident in myself and my abilities.
I always make the best decision for myself.
I am in charge of my life.
My confidence in myself grows more and more every day.
5- Learn to let go:
You dont have control over everything, you can let go sometimes. Don't be too harsh on yourself.
Letting go can be hard because it means letting go of aspects of your past – aspects of
you. It also means letting go of your expectations of how things should have been.

I can. I will. End of story.
