HOW TO WAKE UP AT 6 AM?

You have to determine a reason why you would wake up at 6 am. You need to choose a reason that will wake you up and you will look up for it.

WHY ?

maybe you want to wake up to a script, to express gratitude, to study, to get ahead on your work or to move your body.

Plan it 

Here's an example of a morning routine, make yours special for you.

5:45 : Wake up, drink a cup of water, make bed, morning skincare routine

6:00 : meditation, scripting, affirmations, fill your gratitude journal, plan your day

6:45 : study, work, write blog, workout, meal prep

7:15 : make breakfast while listening to a podcast 

7:30 : put on your outfit, make up, do a hairstyle, perfume, brush teeth

8:10 :  walk the dogs, go to school/ work, drive kids to school

You can adjust the timing, change the schedule depending on our calendar, but always keep the same waking up time, and always make your bed, it helps you feel accomplished within the first minutes you woke up.

Tips:

  1. Move to an early wake-up time slowly and steadily.

  2. Once you're awake, get up

  3. Be consistent, even on weekends. 

  4. Create a healthy sleep environment. 

  5. Create a healthy wake-up routine. 

  6. Do something you enjoy early. 

Ways:

-sleep earlier, - wake up to music you love - never hit snooze, - enjoy your morning, - use the 5seconds rule, you just count until 5 and get up and do it.
